About Us
Or Vision
A culturally confident and inclusive Ireland where Roma heritage, creativity, and voices are visible, valued, and nurtured.
Our Mission
Ando Glaso Ireland is dedicated to nurturing and promoting Roma culture through community-led work in the arts, education, and advocacy. We create opportunities for Roma people in Ireland to express their identity, develop their talents, and contribute to cultural life, while working to ensure social inclusion, equal access, and meaningful representation.
Through music, arts, heritage projects, and leadership development, we support Roma individuals and communities to take an active role in shaping their futures and challenging discrimination. Our work is grounded in cultural pride, collaboration, and the belief that Roma-led initiatives are essential to achieving long-term inclusion and change.
